Grabbed a pie from Pies & Pints, a local pizzeria here in Charleston, West Virginia (and they have another location up in Fayetville, WV as well). While I’m not too hyped up about the “Pints” since I don’t drink, I am definitely pleased with the pie! I chose their White Pie, which consists of their house made dough, which is spread with roasted garlic olive oil, and then fresh ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, roasted garlic, and herbs. It was excellent (as you can see, I couldn’t even wait to eat it long enough to take a picture)! I definitely reccomend stopping by if you’re ever in the area!
